Who handles your information
Gold Standard Builder Services LLC operates Funtime Fashion and is responsible for the customer information handled through this store. For privacy questions or requests, email support@funtimefashion.com.
Information you provide
- Delivery and contact details: your name, email address, shipping address and, if you choose to provide it, phone number.
- Shopping and order information: selected shirts, sizes, colors, quantities, shipping quotes, amounts, order identifiers, payment status and fulfillment status.
- Email signup information: the email address, optional design interests and marketing consent you submit, along with signup source, consent record and confirmation status.
- Support information: messages and any photos or other details you send us about a question or product issue.
Requesting a shipping quote sends the delivery and contact details you entered to our server and to Printify to calculate delivery costs. A quote record is saved even if you do not finish paying.
Payments
When you continue to payment, we send your name, email address, delivery details, order information and optional phone number to Stripe. Card entry happens on Stripe’s hosted payment page. Our storefront does not collect or store your full card number or security code.
We receive the payment status and transaction identifiers needed to confirm and manage your order. Stripe processes payment, billing and security information under its own privacy policy.
Browser storage and technical information
Your browser’s local storage keeps the shirt options and quantities in your bag. It does not store the name, email or delivery address entered into our checkout form. Temporary session storage keeps the pending cart and an order-access token so the payment-return page can update your bag after a verified payment.
Our hosting and security services process technical information such as IP address, browser details and request activity to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. The application also uses a derived IP identifier to limit repeated requests. Hosting, sign-in and payment services may use their own cookies or similar technology.
We do not use advertising pixels on this storefront. Optional Google Analytics is described below and stays off unless you allow it. You can clear this site’s browser storage through your browser settings; this removes the saved bag and may interrupt the current checkout session. It does not erase order records held by us or our providers.
Launch emails and marketing choices
Our email signup is optional and separate from placing an order. It is available only when the signup form is enabled. An unchecked consent box asks for your permission to receive launch news, new designs and promotional emails.
When enabled, we send your email address, optional interests and consent details to our email marketing provider, Brevo, to request a confirmation email and manage the list. You must confirm through the email before receiving marketing campaigns. A successful signup request does not by itself confirm a subscription.
Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email to stop those messages, or contact support@funtimefashion.com for help. We keep the consent and suppression information reasonably needed to honor your choices and meet legal obligations. Order, payment and support messages are separate from marketing and may still be sent when needed to provide a service you requested.
See Brevo’s privacy policy for its handling of information. The signup form shows when the connection is not ready; this policy does not mean signup is currently active.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics may be used to understand visits and interest in designs when it has been configured and you choose “Allow analytics.” The Google tag does not load before that choice. We do not use Google advertising features, ad personalization or Google signals.
Our analytics events use the public page path and title and, where relevant, a design identifier. We also allow a limited set of campaign labels and the website origin of recognized search or social sites to understand how visitors find us. We exclude full URL queries, search terms, referrer paths, email addresses, delivery information and order-access tokens. Checkout and receipt pages do not load this analytics code. Google may still process browser, device and network information, including IP information, and use analytics cookies.
Your analytics preference is saved in this browser’s local storage. Use “Analytics preferences” in the footer to change it. Turning analytics off prevents further collection through our Google tag on this browser and clears its first-party analytics cookies; it does not erase information previously received by Google. Essential shopping features and email signup do not depend on analytics consent.

How we use information
We use information to calculate shipping, process payments, print and deliver products, provide order updates, answer support requests, investigate problems, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet accounting, tax and other legal obligations. With your separate permission, we also send marketing emails and measure interest in our public pages.
We use a phone number supplied at checkout for order or delivery matters. Providing it does not sign you up for promotional text messages.
Services that help us operate the store
- Stripe handles checkout, payment processing, related fraud checks and refunds.
- Printify, its print providers and delivery carriers receive the information needed for shipping quotes, production and delivery. See Printify’s privacy policy.
- OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure host the storefront, application and order records and provide access and security services. Their own service policies also apply to information they handle: OpenAI privacy policy and Cloudflare privacy policy.
- Our email service processes the customer messages and attachments sent to our sales and support addresses.
We may also disclose information where needed to meet a legal obligation, respond to a valid legal request or protect customers and the business from fraud or harm. Service providers may process information in locations other than where you live.
How long we keep information
We retain quote, order and support records for as long as reasonably needed to operate the store, resolve customer issues, prevent fraud, maintain financial records and meet legal obligations. The appropriate period depends on the record and why it is needed.
We do not promise automatic deletion when a quote expires or a browser session ends. You can request deletion, and we’ll explain any information we need to retain or any exception that applies.
Your choices and requests
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of personal information, or to object to or limit certain uses. Email support@funtimefashion.com with your request. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and applicable legal exceptions may affect what we can provide or delete.
Keep your order-access link private: someone with that link can view the limited order status it provides. For a correction to a delivery address, contact us promptly; changing a record after dispatch may not change the carrier’s delivery instructions.
Children and policy updates
This store is intended for adults. If you believe a child has supplied personal information through the store, contact us so we can review the situation and take appropriate action.
We may update this policy as the store or its services change. We’ll publish the revised text and update the date on this page.
